Official Rules

I. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Fitfo Labs LLC Home Recording Studio Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Dec. 15th, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Feb. 25th, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fitfo Labs LLC, 2103 Faulkner Rd NE, Atlanta, GA, 30324 (the "Sponsor"). The official clock for the Sweepstakes is the computer of the Sponsor.

II. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Officers, members, directors, representatives, and employees of the Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law) or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, U.S. military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

III. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: An individual will be deemed a participant ("Participant") in the Sweepstakes if they are eligible and enter via any of the following methods:

1. Purchase Sponsor Merchandise: Visit [Store.FitfoLabs.com] ("Website") and complete a purchase during the Promotion Period. For each dollar ($1) spent (excluding shipping and handling or tax) via approved credit card transaction, the Participant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Participant will need to provide the following information: first and last name, home address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

2. Mail-In Entry: To enter without making a purchase, handwrite on a 3"x5" card: "Fitfo Labs LLC Home Recording Studio Sweepstakes," your first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, e-mail address, and date of birth. Insert the card in a standard business-size envelope with a handwritten return address (including Participant's first and last name) and mail to: 7380 Spout Springs RD Ste 210-294 Flowery Branch, GA. Each valid mail-in entry will receive seventy-five (75) Sweepstakes entries. All mail-in entries must include all requested information and format (as stated above) to be considered a valid entry. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted and will be destroyed. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between Dec. 15th, 2024 and Feb. 18th, 2025 and received by Feb. 20th, 2025. Mail-in entries must be original; no photocopies, facsimiles, or reproductions of a mail-in entry will be accepted. Requests for confirmation of receipt of entries will not be acknowledged.

Throughout the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may announce opportunities on the Sponsor Website to earn multiples of entries (e.g., 10 times (10X), 15 times (15X), etc.) based on total purchase (excluding shipping and handling or tax) or mail-in entry. For every $1.00 spent, or individual mail-in entry, multiple entries will be earned into the Sweepstakes during the specified time period. During this specified time period, mail-in entries must follow the aforementioned mail-in entry submission process and must handwrite the words ("MULTIPLE-10X", "MULTIPLE-15X", etc., corresponding to the Sponsor announced entry multiplier opportunity offer) on the bottom left-hand side of the front of the envelope if they would like to receive the multiple entries.

There may be bonus entries available for "Exclusive" and "Bundle" product offerings for any valid Sweepstakes purchase or mail-in entries during the Promotion Period. Each Participant completing a purchase of either an "Exclusive" or "Bundle" product offering will receive one thousand (1,000) bonus entries for each valid purchase submitted. During the time the "Exclusive" and "Bundle" product offerings are posted on the Website, mail-in entries must follow the aforementioned mail-in entry submission process and must handwrite the words "Exclusive Bonus" or "Bundle Bonus" on the bottom left-hand side of the front of the envelope if they would like to receive the one thousand (1,000) bonus entries.

Additional mail-in bonus entry opportunity: Mail-in participants can earn a "Mega" bonus equivalent to 3,000 bonus entries for each "Mega" entry submitted, up to a maximum of three (3) on all entries postmarked between Dec. 15th, 2024 and Feb. 18th, 2025 and received by Feb. 20th, 2025. During the Mega Bonus Period, mail-in entries must follow the aforementioned mail-in entry submission process and must handwrite the words "Mega Bonus" on the bottom left-hand side of the front of the envelope if they would like to participate in the Mega bonus offering. Limit – three (3) "Mega Bonus" entries per Participant during the Promotion Period.

The postmark date must correspond to the announced entry multiplier/bonus date, or the mail-in entry is void. If the announced entry multiplier/bonus opportunity offer falls on a Sunday and/or holiday, the mail-in entry must be postmarked the day immediately following the Sunday and/or holiday to be valid and received within five (5) days.

There is a limit of thirty thousand (30,000) total entries per Participant, regardless of method of entry, during the Promotion Period.

All required information must be completed to enter and be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Internet entries must be made by the Participant only at the aforementioned Website(s) and application URL addresses. Entries made by any other individual or entity, and/or originating at any other website or e-mail address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries it believes have attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Proof of entering information is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, damaged, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, or postage-due registrations, entries, or mail, which will be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

If a Participant opts to enter via their wireless mobile device (which may only be available via participating wireless carriers and is not required to enter the Sweepstakes), standard text messaging and/or data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Participation in this Sweepstakes by mobile device means that you understand that you may receive additional messages by mobile device relating to this Sweepstakes, including notifying you if you are a winner, which may be subject to charges pursuant to your carrier's rate plan. Text messaging may not be available from all mobile phone service carriers and handset models. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. IV. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, Participants consent to Sponsor obtaining, using, and transferring their name, address, and other information provided for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. The information provided in connection with the entry process will be used by Sponsor and Administrator only in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy ([store.fitfolabs.com/privacypolicy]) and will not be sold or provided to another company. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any contact information, Participants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

V. INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize from all eligible entries received before termination.

The Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures, or damages of any kind that prevent the Sweepstakes from running properly.

VI. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner ("Prize Winner") will receive:

1. One (1) MacBook Pro (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $2,500),

2. One (1) Apollo audio interface (ARV: $1,000),

3. One (1) AKG microphone (ARV: $200),

4. One (1) Beats headphones set (ARV: $300).

The total ARV of the prize package is approximately $4,000. The Sponsor will determine specific product options in its sole discretion. All components of the prize package will be delivered to the Prize Winner as-is. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the prize.

VII. WINNER SELECTION: The potential Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Feb. 25th, 2025 by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. The Prize Winner must respond within three (3) days of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

VIII. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Prize Winner must provide proof of identity and eligibility, complete any required paperwork, and claim their prize within a specified time frame. If these conditions are not met, the winner may forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize component for one of equal or greater value if the original is unavailable.

IX. GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Georgia courts. By participating, Participants agree to waive any claims for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
